What I mean by he "was there" is I called him with questions at any hour and he answered my call, it didn't go to voicemail, he answered even if he had to call me back. So many issues arose from various avenues and Juan was able to accommodate and keep communication flowing. He went out of his way to help us get closed so we wouldn't need to redo documents and even got us a closing gift. He was the only thing about purchasing the home that never stressed us out. Well to begin with our price range was really competitive. Lost a few house not due to realtor. More due to price range. This was my first house and I had alot of questions and anytime I had any questions Dianne and Juan were there to answer and if they didn't have the answer they found the answer and the right one. A lot of people say its frustrating. I'd say just make sure you have the right realtor. Juan and Dianne made it so easy. Thanks a lot Juan Carlos Mora and Dianne Osbourne. | |||||

Family and Friends both explained that the home buying process would not be fun, some had nightmarish stories and other just carried on about the lengthy process. I must say, London Properties stood by me the entire time and everything was fairly smooth.
